kg&a is looking for a Senior Manager of Digital Content to join our growing team. Whether you’re at your desk or on a site visit, your mind is constantly spinning with new ideas and ways to tell stories. You firmly believe that a strong idea can travel across a myriad of platforms and are eager to experiment. 


Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial self-starters with 3-5 years of experience planning and implementing social media and digital content campaigns with a strong focus on content creation.


We’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic settings – whether at events, activations, or shoots – where you get to work with people to extract the most compelling content from each interaction. You have a genuine interest in buildings, streetscapes, greenspaces and are excited about the future potential of a vast, raw site.

Role and Responsibilities

·     Work with our Accounts team to develop and execute imaginative and effective multi-channel digital strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Discord, podcasts, email and owned websites

·     Strategize and shoot content during site visits, client events, and activations

·     Build, execute, and continuously manage social media campaigns for client channels, including short-form videos, graphics, and copywriting

·     Oversee day-to-day community management, contributing to the development of thriving communities on key channels

·     Proactively identify real-time opportunities to elevate content and frequently share these opportunities with the broader team

·     Develop influencer marketing strategies; create and maintain relationships with influencers to deliver compelling content and engagement

·     Bring big creative ideas to the table that advance our clients’ business objectives while leveraging your expertise around social platforms and content creation

·     Champion firm’s goals and values, fostering culture and team dynamics


Skills and Qualifications

·     Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the social media / content marketing space, ideally in a multi-channel content creation role

·     Experience ideating and shooting live events, activations and site visits to create dynamic photo and video content

·     Strong graphic design, motion & video editing applications including Canva, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects and Illustrator)

·     Tangible experience developing and executing social media content campaigns and measuring results

·     Deep understanding of content creation and community management best practices across all major social platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Discord and more.

·     Stellar creative writing and storytelling abilities

·     Experience using social media monitoring and analytics tools

·     Strong knowledge of social media and digital content trends with a willingness to experiment with emerging platforms and formats

·     Understanding of how paid social strategies are developed, implemented, and measured

·     Familiarity with or strong desire to learn Real Estate Development, Design and Architecture industries
